Insurance & Payment
Arain Integrative Psychiatry is a fee-for-service practice and participates with a limited number of insurance plans. This model allows us to provide thorough evaluations, longer visits, and highly personalized care without many of the administrative and time constraints imposed by insurance companies.
For patients using insurance plans with which we do not directly participate, we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your individual plan benefits.

Insurance participation and eligibility are subject to verification and plan-specific benefits.
Payment Method
At Arain Integrative Psychiatry, we offer comprehensive, patient-centered care without the limitations placed by insurance plans. Our private-pay structure supports individualized treatment, extended appointment times, and a more collaborative therapeutic experience.

- HSA/FSA Cards
- Zelle
- Bank Transfers (ACH & Wire)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay (upon request)
Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you
- The full fee is collected at the time of service.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a full cancellation fee.
Optional Services & Documentation
Upon request and when clinically appropriate, the following documentation can be provided:
- School or workplace letters.
- IEP/504 forms and testing accommodation letters
- ADHD, learning-related, or specialty clinical reports
Formal documentation and detailed reports may involve an additional fee.
